Product Information
The lever shearing machine mainly includes auxiliary devices such as transmission system, slider (tool holder), bed (frame), pressing mechanism, limit mechanism, balancer, and electrical control system. It is widely used because of its good rigidity, high efficiency and few failures. Clutches and brakes are also installed in the shears. The function of the clutch and brake is to start and stop the shearing machine without the flywheel turning off.
Advantage
The lever shearing machine works safely and prevents equipment failure due to overloading. The machine has simple structure, easy manufacture, short production cycle and low cost. And it is easy to operate and can realize single stroke, continuous stroke, jog stroke, halfway stop and return stroke. It works with little vibration, stable work, low noise and long tool life.
Disadvantages
(1) The number of strokes is low.
(2) The motor power is large.
(3) The hydraulic components are prone to failure and the maintenance workload is large.
